How it works?
Set Objectives at Fund Level
Users can define certification objectives as a fund level, which will prompt Asset or Property Managers to upload evidence of a completed building certificate with the appropriate level and type by a specified deadline.
Track Compliance in Different Regions
Strategy Managers can define equivalent Certification Levels across different certification bodies to track compliance in different territories.
Nominate Assets
Easy to use filter and multiselect functions allow Fund Managers to nominate assets which are eligible for certification based on value, typology, location or operational category.
Review Dashboards
Comprehensive progress dashboards and asset level information can be reviewed directly in the platform, or exported for use in Strategy Reports.
